I Think I Saw Eddie Vedder's Mom

An older lady driving a Honda CR-V with a license plate that was 'PRL JAM'.  Who else could that be?  If you weren't Mrs. Vedder, you'd be fucking mortified, so I say it had to be Eddie's mom.
