And Rachel Maddow and Joy Reid and Erik Loomis and TBogg and every other establishment Dem and Obama fluffer and all of them.  Sure, pissing all over a fatuous smarty-pants nimrod like Klein is good fun and all, but maybe we have better things to do now?  Those fools couldn't help defeat Donald Trump--they were as wrong as wrong could ever hope to be about Bernie Sanders and every other fucking facet of American politics--so let's forget 'em.  Maybe that's the best plan.  Maybe?
