Not to stand up for Vampire Weekend, cuz, duh, but Drew Magary is nothing more than a washed up washout at this point.  Magary failed at boarding school, bullying, football, college, writing, drinking, and robust cardiovascular health.  Being a rich kid spoiled brat douchebro failson blowhard is not a good look generally.  Especially for a Gossip Kid.  The silly shoutout to Bob Mould at the end is just fucking pathetic.  Magary should hit his head one more time and save the rest of us from him.  Vampire Weekend is fine, but they're a fuck of a lot better at being obnoxious over-privileged Ivy League rich kids than Margary could ever manage.  Jealousy.  That's the word he was looking for.  Envy.  That's another one.  Kbye.
