The Media Misunderstand Bernie On Purpose

Are the media willfully ignoring Bernie or too stupid to understand or too privileged to care?  Why not all three?  Certainly Nathan Robinson is correct when he says that the media pundits do misunderstand Bernie, but it is also clearly true that the media in general are pretty fucking clueless about class and race and economics in the United States in 2019 and have done their best to make Bernie a non-entity in the primary.  Every pundit and every anchor and every executive is a comfortable idiot, so some of them don't get Bernie, and the sharper ones are scared shitless of him and hate him.  If Bernie gets his people out to vote, well, the elite media as a whole are in for a very rude shock.
