It does seem pretty skeevy, and I wonder what winning looks like for Knolly? Does Intense have deep-pocket owners or something? Weird. Lots of Pinkbike experts in the comments are contesting the viability of the patent itself, and they would know because everybody is a fucking genius engineer and attorney on that site. The flip side is how this plays out for Knolly in the eyes of that very same elite mountain biking cohort.
