Cuddly Ole Joe Biden Reconsidered

The former Senator from Citibank and current Veep Joe Biden is getting all the luv these days from the Village establishment because of his folksy personality and hard-ball political skills.  All  of the sudden, the formerly lightweight gaffe-meister is political force and a powerful pol in the coming 2016 election.  That's just fucking fine, just fine.  Everyone says that Biden is an easy sort of fella to like because he slings the bullshit with the best of them and can smile sweetly as he stabs you in the eye or in the back.  It's worth remembering who he is though.  It's worth remembering where he came from and what he has done, and Grant does a good job with the rundown.  He has always been the ultimate loyal servant to the American establishment, and a sly, silly public facade should never be allowed to hide the real Joe Biden.
