Not Breaking News: Fewer Guns, Fewer Shootings; Less Guns, Less Ded--It's Time To Enforce The 2nd Amendment

Well-regulated means laws.  Militia means army.  The 2nd Amendment is about the army's guns.

There is no right to own or carry a gun in the US Constitution.
