Hotchkiss Joins The Funfetti

Of course Hotchkiss has an abuse report--and of course of gossip kid complains about Hotchkiss--because that's the nature of elitist institutions the world over.  I'm wondering what kids like this were doing at a school like Hotchkiss, as it seems like she was not the overachiever who could benefit from the school and not the useless preppy full-pay dipshit either.  Regardless, it's Hotchkiss' turn in the barrel.
