Hey!  Dipshits!  Over here.  Homelessness is not easy to solve 100% everywhere at once, but there are a few easy ways to make the problem manageable once you stop being complete over privileged shitheads, get a fucking clue in general, and stop reading right-wing nitwits on the HuffPost:

PAY PEOPLE A LIVING WAGE

MAKE SURE EVERYONE WITH A JOB IS IN A UNION

ZONE AND BUILD AFFORDABLE HOUSING

IMPLEMENT A PROPER PROGRESSIVE TAX SYSTEM TO PREVENT MANHATTAN AND SAN FRANCISCO FROM HAPPENING

COVER EVERYONE'S HEALTH CARE THROUGH TAXES VIA SINGLE-PAYER OR AN NHS

SUBSIDIZE INEXPENSIVE AND EFFICIENT PUBLIC TRANSPORT INSTEAD OF SUBSIDIZING EXPENSIVE AND WASTEFUL AUTOMOBILE TRANSPORT 

See, that's not so hard.  Start with this obvious shit and then the problem of homelessness becomes something that society can deal with.
