NC and Virginia were bad, and Maine and Massachusetts will be pure humiliation for Sanders, but the Sanders campaign had no infrastructure to strike during the week after Nevada and win the whole thing. Whatever the answer they needed, they clearly had never even asked the question. Sanders claimed to know he was running against the conservative Democratic establishment but had no idea what that would really mean.
Remember when Sanders disavowed Zephyr Teachout over Joe Biden's corruption. That was a failure, and now we see it was a fatal one. Apparently Sanders and his campaign both were waiting for Biden to die on his own when they should have been dismembering him in public and reveling in his suffering. Bernie Got Slaughtered In Virginia And North Carolina, Both States He Was Winning Last Week
Sanders just didn't lose in Virginia and South Carolina. He got murdered. It wasn't close. Called the second the polls closed. Sanders was winning both last week. Biden is going to deliver the death blow to Sanders tonight.
The Democratic Party Fought Harder To Stop Bernie Sanders Than They Did To Stop Trump Or Bush Or Reagan

Two Hours Until The End For Sanders And His Supporters
Sanders is getting rinsed today. Maybe four or five states is all he will win. If election day was Super Thursday this week, Sanders would have lost Californian, too. As it is, CA will be within five points. Biden may very well have the delegate lead after tonight, a lead he will never lose. The Sanders campaign was very good until it wasn't, and then it failed spectacularly under the first bit of pushback. Sad. I hope all the Bernie supporters learned their lesson. Ralph Nader tried to teach it to your parents 20 years ago after the atrocity of the racist conservative Bill Clinton's presidency. But no, nobody wanted to hear it. After 2016, you should have learned that fucking very important lesson, too. When Sanders didn't run as an independent in 2016, that was all anyone should have needed to know. But no again.
