Julian Castro Is Sick Of All The Winning!

Adios.  Castro ain't gonna be the VP pick, probably, and he ain't gonna be the governor of Texass, either.  But Castro did have a bit of a stuttering effort to break out of his Obama-era persona at times, so if he continues that journey away from the arch-conservative, neoliberal Obama Dem redoubt, well, that's not nothing, and it may serve him well in the coming Bernie Sanders centrist anodyne utopia.
