And traded his company for a job for life and his name on some shitty house-brand Trek garbage.  Probably the prudent move, but it still sucks.  Trek went to hell when they started using those ungainly one-piece headtube/lug castings and never recovered.  They hosed Fisher and Klein and LeMond and will always be associated with Mr. Cheat-To-Win.  Plus that useless bitch Mary Burke couldn't take out Scott Walker in fucking Wisconsin, so fuck Trek.  Fuck 'em.

I guess we should be happy Trek never bought Ritchey.
