Hey, Dirt Rag Magazine Shut Down! Hey, Bicycling Magazine Is Still Going!

Who knew?  Apparently, Dirt Rag was going for like 31 years, so that's something.  How long has it been since it was the PA people doing the thing?  And who owned it after those PA people?  Also, who cares.  But Bicycling is somehow still a thing, so the world is still...shit.
