Rapey Uncle Joe and Manchin and the rest of the right-wing scum in the Democratic Party were committed to the graft and corruption in the infrastructure bill, so all the reactionary shitheads had to do was bully the center0right "progressives" like Jayapal into submission to achieve their goal of infrastructure WITHOUT the stuff in BBB which they never wanted at all.
If Jayapal and her people had forced them to pass BBB in order to get their payday, well, they woulda done it.
But they never had to because Jayapl and the Dems are fucking worthless.
