Clinton was a monster.  So much more than a disgusting rapist.  Clinton would have ended Social Security, too, but was stopped by his own political survival.

Jimmy Carter killed the drive for national healthcare.

Obama was just a shitshow.  He sabotaged healthcare and offered over and over to end Social Security for the Republicans, but they were too stupid and racist to say yes.
