the worst album of all time?  quite possibly, as the music is irredeemably awful.  but the worst aspect is not the colossal stupidity.  no, the worst is that it is horribly fake; it's a shallow, boring construct, made by morons.  it's absolutely a joke album, but the joke is on billy joel and jon small.
