obama's jobs act

pretty good in january of 2009, but it's a little late now!  it was nice to see the wingnuts all flippy over the teeny tiny tax increases on the wealthiest americans, though.  that obama coulda' really made this country a better place a couple of years ago even his his policy victories were smaller than we would have liked.  as of now, he's looking to get in the game halfway through the 4th quarter.
