1990 diamond back apex

my first mountain bike.  goddamn that thing was a tank.  i crashed it so many times but nothing could kill it.  thumb shifters, real turbo saddle, kool-stop pads, bar ends added right out of the box made it a really solid trail bike, and it was ready to rock.  this one isn't mine, but it looked exactly like this.  i really wanted the straight fork, but the o.s. headtube and steerer probably saved the frame over and over.
