alabama's defense played well, but the national championship game was no where near as entertaining as the sun bowl this year, and the sun bowl broadcast looked tons better on my hd tee vee.  the ncaa should abandon the stupid bcs format and just go with the big-name bowl games with big-name teams and fuck any ridiculous championship game.  a year-end poll can pick the best team.  nobody really cares; they'd rather see good games.
