This is just vile. I hate everything about this. The brakes are the worst atrocity, but the wheels and the drivetrain with that stupid single chainring and giant fucking cassette is heinous as well. A real violation of a perfectly okay Cannondale road frame. No excuse for something this abhorrent, atmo.
