given the state of our economy and 40 years of falling wealth and wages for the vast majority of america, the union struggle for better jobs and better wages is amongst the most important ongoing news stories in the nation, so the establishment media's complete lack of interest betrays their true priorities.  those priorities have nothing to do with 'liberal' or 'progressive' or anything that matters to the 99%.
