Bernie Sanders Is A Common-Sense Centrist, And Even Mrs. Ezra Klein Will Tell You

And he's winning because he's a mainstream centrist with obvious, common-sense solutions to basic problems.  Bernie Sanders is no leftist.  Only in the US with it's two arch-conservative major parties can Sanders be seen as a creature of any left; he's not left at all, but he looks it to some.  Annie Lowrey herself is a creature of the right, an over-privileged yet generally clueless establishment striver and careerist, and consummate suck-up, along with her husband and his ilk.  Real leftists understand Sanders and also know that they need to continue their work beyond what Sanders and his people are doing.  The left must win eventually, or there will be no freedom left anywhere, but that's been true for more than a century.  Sanders is doing his work in the center, and the left will continue to build a better society.
