But the fucking Dems chose Clinton in 2008 and confirmed her in 2012, trusting in the Democratic Party coalition and the Electoral College to get her over the line. But they couldn't get it done--couldn't get it done after soundly rejecting a surprise candidate who exposed the Clinton mistake as it was being finalized. They lost to a sexual-molesting serial liar, completely fucking stupid sociopath, and incompetent petty fascist demagogue that has failed in every single thing he's done except for a crappy tee vee show and an unhinged campaign for POTUS. That's way fucking worse than the Civil War, which couldn't be stopped--the US was beyond strictly political solutions by the time the fighting started--and in the end should not have been fought at all--Lincoln should have let those Confederate assholes go. We wouldn't be having this problem tonight, that's for sure.
The Dems had been the rock-ribbed conservative party for generations, allowing labor to wither, failing to advance the agenda of the majority on healthcare and jobs and taxes, the white majority, and now we are all fucked. The poor, bugfuck ignorant, racist white people had been ignored long enough by the Dems and had their racism pandered to by lying conservatives ginning up those racist tendencies hard enough and long enough that they finally decided to go all in with the Klan and the neo-Nazi fuckers because they were wicked fucking sure they had nothing left to lose and a screamy orange clown kissing their asses.
