Seriously, why bring this up if you are too much of a pussy--or too much of a dimwit--to finish the thought?  Post civil war history is a pretty well-trodden subject, so whatever you have to say is probably one, not that fucking original, and two, not that controversial at this point.  Which is fine, just fine, because in this case it is really important and shit, but why would you not go even most of the way?  I don't get people, I guess.
