The right-wing political establishment, both Dems and Republicans, uses bullshit "prayers" to distract from their inability to solve the problem of NRA-sponsored murder in the USA. Australia did it; every other civilized country has done it, but the United States is completely unable to deal with reality. The political system in the U.S. is broken--ignore their nonsense about "prayer". These politicians are not praying.
