I Approve Of The Tubulars On This Basso Ascot, But The Rest Of This Build Is Limey Dogshit

Nope.  First off, I'm not sure English is this guy's native language, cuz, well, that's mean anyway.  So much of this build is shit--and you can't properly wrap the bars until the bike is otherwise complete.  If you wrap bars first, you are a fucking idiot.  The tubulars are good, but the bars, the tape job, the cables, the seatpost, the dust covers, the pedals, the dog's breakfast of Campagnolo components, the shabby, yellowed bottle, all of it sucks ass.
