Reagan & Trump

Both complete fucking idiots, and neither had any idea what the fuck was going on most of the time.  While he always had a sub-room temperature IQ, Reagan had the excuse of being legitimately senile by the time he ran for president; Trump's excuse is that he's always been the dumbest guy in any room, whether he's in it or not.
