Remembering That Bilmon Was Broke By Trump, But He Was Always Fragile

Bilmon was sure that the DC establishment bureaucracy would never let Trump win.  Bilmon was completely wrong if he thought was anything other than a typical Republican, even if he was a bit more vulgar and somewhat more demented than some of those nationally elected Republicans.  Bilmon freaked the fuck out and deleted his Twitter and disappeared after election day in 2016, but this was not exactly the first time he got flippy.  Like most beloved interwebs icons, Bilmon was probably better in memory than in reality anyway.  In reality, Trump is no better and no worse than Bush/Cheney or Reagan or Nixon.  Trump is an almost perfect Republican, and not any sort of anomaly.  Of course, Barry and Bubba were perfectly acceptable Republicans, too.
