Maza Max Welded

Looks like a welded Max frame with the traditional dollar-store-Somec purple-pink-yellow-white neon puke paint job.  Lugs with a nice fork crown woulda been so frikkin' wicked on these.  Seems to be a C-Record kit with Deltas.  Tubulars, maybe, as well.

Masi?  No.  What's Masi?  Never heard of 'em.
