Canfield The One: There Can Be Only One

Could this, a Canfield Brothers The One, be a viable alternative to an Uzzi or the defunct Knolly Delirium?  The shop wants nothing to do with Intense, going so far as telling me to save them the hassle and get it mail order on closeout.  That's pretty sad considering we were the first Intense shop in the state way back when, and Intense jumped through hoops to make the sale with no-charge custom paint and upgraded shock.  If Intense is now such a fucking quality control and customer service disaster that a shop doesn't even want to bother on such a high-dollar item, that's something.  Apparently there will never be another Knolly Delirium, even a fucking Chinese one, and the Cove Bikes geometry is not great, too short in the top tube and to slack in the seat angle, so maybe, just maybe the Canfield is The One.  Get it?  I'm not thrilled about buying something like this without riding it, or even seeing it, but at this point any of these frames would be pretty much the same that way.
