What is Josh Marshall Doing To Help Control Handguns?

Is he using his website and big, big readership to educate people and change minds?  Is he helping make America safer for kids?  Is he helping to frame the debate so that the good guys can win?  Is he willing to lead, to take a stand to save lives?  I didn't think so.
