Virag's Movie Reviews: Snow White and the Huntsman (2012)

If you were casting a beautiful young actress as the fairest of them all, couldn't you do better than a bland and boring Plain-Jane with all the dramatic range of a trout?  Given the spastic directing, there were at least three different films crammed into this thing.  Charlize Theron was doing her thing; Thor was slowly realizing what a good gig Thor really was; the Lifetime movie Joan of Arc was almost laugh-out-loud.  Worst of all, though, was that this movie was boring.  Kristen Stewart may have been the final nail, but this thing was doomed from the start.  And the Sea Siren is really odd-looking in real life.
